All Newfoundland Car Show in Gander Newfoundland will take place on July 24,25 and 26th, 2009. It will be hosted by NL Automotive Extravaganza Inc to take place in Gander at the Civic Center and grounds.
 
    More information will follow in a link to be set up on The Town of Gander Web Site. We have booked 300 rooms to be released as people register to assure participants of accomidations. We are still planning logistics of the event and hope to have a press release by the beginning or middle of December 2008.

At tonights meeting the executive advised that this year we would work to be a greener organization. To begin with we will be working on getting everyones email address. We want to reduce the amount of paper used in printing and distibuting the newsletters.

An email will be sent to advise that the newsletter is available and it can be found here on our website. Members can read it here or print it out themselves if they choose too. Not only with this reduce the amout of paper we go through but will also save the club money in prining and mailing costs. Another benifit to getting these addresses is that we can reduce the amount of work for the calling comittee as most notifications can be emailed out.

You can submit your email address here or let anyone on the executive know what your address is.

Printed editions will still be availible for those that still want them.

Tickets are now availible for the Christmas Dinner and Dance. It will be a Turkey Dinner with a dance to follow at t St. Kevin's Parish Hall. If anyone has prizes it would be greatly appreciated to get them to a member of the executive ASAP.

Please let Cindy know if you will be attending the Children's Christmas Party. The social comittee needs to know how many children will be attending as soon as possible.

President’s Message

As we draw to the close of another Cruisin’ season, we start a new year in our Club’s history.

I would like to thank Jack Hill for his work as Club President.  I would also like to thank the outgoing Executive for their work and to those who decided to stay on with me for the coming year.  It is their work and dedication that makes the NACCC the viable and successful Club it has proven to be.

I look forward to seeing you at the November meeting, Kids’ Party and the Christmas Dinner and Dance.

Christmas Dinner and Dance is scheduled for Saturday November 29,2008 at
St. Kevin's Parish Hall in the Goulds. Tickets will be on sale at the next meeting on Nov. 12. St. Kevin's can hold a lot of people so we can sell as many as we can. (hopefully everyone can make this a great success this year). Also if anyone has prizes it would be greatly appreciated to get them to a member of the executive ASAP.
